Landlord and investor knowledge bank

Do you want to become a professional landlord and investor? Here are a selection articles to increase your knowledge!

As a full-time landlord and property professional since 2018 (even though my days as a landlord began in 2008!), I am passionate about investing safely and ensuring that my business is robust enough to withstand the volatilities of market forces and increased regulations and taxes.

I am also an advocate of providing lovely houses to my tenants, and keeping on top of compliance and regulations. Sadly, the property industry is full of 'gurus' who overlook or deliberately neglect the nitty gritty and legal aspects of becoming a landlord.

In this section I share some important and useful articles which I have read over the years, which will help you think like a professional investor and understand the importance of compliance issues when letting properties. Click on the images to read the full articles.
